Academic Biography
Dr Adebukola Oyewunmi holds a PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, specialising in leadership, organisational psychology and human resource management. For over ten years of research and networking, her collaborations span Africa, Europe, North and South America. Her research has consistently focused on probing the multi-level dynamics of human behaviour in organisational settings and providing not just theoretical and practical implications but also interventionist paradigms. She is an Associate Editor of two ABS listed management journals and a member of the editorial board of a social psychology journal indexed in the Social Sciences Citation Index. Her teaching is underpinned by a ‘students as creators’ philosophy in which learners transit from passive recipients to active creators of knowledge, ideas and solutions.
