Andrea Joyce

My current role is Deputy Senior Administrator within Student Learning and Academic Registry (SLAR).

I have worked at the University since September 2002, and during this time have had the opportunity to work across multiple school and departments in a variety of roles. Primarily the areas in which I have worked are as follows: School of Health and Social Care( Assessment’s) , School of Social Sciences and Law (Approval and Review, Modularity and Timetabling), School of Science Engineering and Design (Approval, Review Quality and Research) and now Quality Assurance and Validation within SLAR. Working across schools and department's has enabled me to work with multiple system’s both new and established. Additional I have supported a diverse range of activity including enrolment, induction, graduation whilst working with the university, developing a rounded knowledge of the student lifecycle.

I have the following HEI qualifications BSc (Hons) English and Psychology from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and a MSc (Hons) Management from Teesside University.

Currently my main role is supporting validation / revalidation events to across the Universities Academic Portfolio.
