Accepting PhD Students
Angela Ujunwa brings over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She is a Certified Associate Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Before her current role at Teesside University International Business School (TUIBS), Angela served as a lecturer at the Elizabeth School of London, Manchester Campus. She also amassed significant lecturing experience in the Department of Banking and Finance at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where she advanced to the position of Senior Lecturer. Angela Ujunwa specializes in accounting and finance.
Dr Angela's research focuses on Corporate Reporting and Accounting, Banking and Finance, Corporate Governance, and Business Sustainability, Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) disclosures and performance, Financial Technology, and Innovations.
