Academic Biography

Annabelle has an LLB (Hons) law degree, an MA (by research) (University of Leeds), an MBA Psychology (Wrexham University), a Doctorate in Education (Teesside University) and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She joined Teesside University from Leeds Beckett University in 2008. Annabelle was Subject Group Leader for the Law, Policing and Investigation Subject Group until December 2016 and Acting Head of Department for Criminology, Law and Policing from 2017 to 2018. She is currently Principal Lecturer (Marketing, Recruitment & International) in the School of Social Sciences, Humanities & Law and the School of Arts and Creative Industries.
