Academic Biography
Ben is the Senior Student Success Tutor (Student Engagement) within the Student Learning & Academic Registry's Student Success team. Through 1:1 coaching, he supports disengaged students in re-motivating them, ensuring they are able to engage and succeed in their academia. He also coordinates wider student engagement activity relating to Student Success.
Ben joined Teesside University in 2021 to support the implementation of the Student Success programme after previously working at the University of Manchester where he coordinated the university's PASS and Peer Mentoring programme.
