Academic Biography
Dr Oluwadamilola Joseph FHEA is a Lecturer in Business and Marketing at the Department of Aviation, Tourism, Finance and Marketing at Teesside University International Business School. Dr Damilola has a PhD in Strategy, Enterprise, and Innovations, with a strong research focus on Trust and Risk Perceptions in Financial Services Relationships. Her PhD focused on investigating and exploring the process of trust development from a psychological and sociological perspective, into understanding the trusting actions, and behaviours of financial advisors, and investors in complex investment settings in a developing context.
Courses taught includes: Foundations of Marketing, Introduction to Business Environment, Personal and Professional Development, Enterprise in Practice, Business Research Methods, and Postgraduate Business Research Methods
