With a PhD in Business Administration (specializing in strategic orientation and SME performance), I combine academic rigor with practical experience in training, consulting, and coaching.

Currently, I lecture at Teesside University International Business School, where I teach and supervise across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, focusing on entrepreneurship, strategy, leadership, and innovation. In addition to my academic work, I serve as a clarity and purpose coach, helping individuals and leaders align their pursuits with their God-given potential and organizational vision.
