Academic Biography

Enis Elezi joined Teesside University Business School in September 2019 and teaches across different modules including Business Research Methods, Human Resource Management, Advanced Leadership Performance, and International Business Management, to mention a few. Other teaching and research commitments also include supervision of research projects at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.


Before he joined Teesside University, Enis worked for Organisational Learning Centre, OLC (Europe) Ltd. in Greater Manchester where he was the programme manager for the Business Management Top-Up degree from the University of East London and delivered a range of modules in the HND programme as well. Enis has also assisted with the development of trainee teachers and played an important role in the management of Diploma in Education and Training Programme delivered to academic members of staff. Additionally, Enis was also involved in marketing and student recruitment activities at national and international levels for HND and University programmes as well as short corporate training delivered to executive managers from Middle East Organisations. 


His research interest focuses on Organisational Studies more particularly in Knowledge Management and Knowledge Transfer, Organisational Culture, Management and Leadership approaches in Higher Education Institutions and Partnership Development. In his doctoral research, Enis investigated the role of Knowledge Management in developing Higher Education Partnerships between UK Higher Education Institutions. Enis is actively engaged in research projects and activities, outcomes of which are shared in international journal outlets and different academic gatherings held across Europe.


He holds a Fellowship of Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and is a member of British Academy of Management (BAM), Society for Research into Higher Education (SRHE) and an associate member of International Association of Knowledge Management (IAKM).
