Academic Biography
Erica Clough is a Principal Lecturer Leanring and Teaching in the Allied Health Profesions Department in the School of Health and Life Sciences. After graduating from Edinburgh University as a Dental Hygiensist in 1996, Erica went on to teach at Newcastle University whilsting gaining a BA (hons) Education from Northumbria University. Erica helped develop one of the first 'access to health care' courses in the North East.
In 2009 Erica secured the role of Prinicipal Lecturer at Teesside University leading on new dental provision for the University: BSc (Hons) Dental Hygiene and Therapy and the Cert HE Dental Nurse Practice. During Erica's time at Teesside she has gained an MSc Health Sciences and is currently studying for her Doctorate. Erica's area of interest is Interprofessional Education.
