Academic Biography

Ewuradjoa Quansah is a postgraduate researcher and a lecturer at the Teesside University International Business School. Her research is focused on artificial intelligence impact on employee wellbeing in remote settings. Her research interests include AI, information systems research and digitalization. She is interested in both advanced and developing contexts. Ewuradjoa Quansah is also a lecturer at the Oxford Business College and teaches Digital Business and New Technologies, Economics, Career Viewpoint. She also teaches Finance and People Management. Ewuradjoa has over 5 years in teaching higher education. She has also supervised over 30 plus students and supervises Master's thesis. 

 

Ewuradjoa has a Masters degree in Management Studies from the Saint Petersburg State University in Russia and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana. Ewuradjoa earned an honours degree from the University of Ghana and has received several awards and scholarships. Ewuradjoa has a PhD degree and has recently received a Fellow (FHEA) status.
