Francisca Arboh is a researcher at Teesside University International Business School, researching on the impact of AI on staff well-being. She holds an MBA in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from Hebei University of Technology in China and a B.Sc. in Health Service Administration from the University of Ghana.
Throughout her career, Francisca has demonstrated strong research skills by conducting studies on leadership, employee behaviour, health and safety, and organizational behaviour.
In addition to her research background, Francisca has valuable professional experience in healthcare administration and human resources. She previously served as Hospital Administrator at Kade Government Hospital in Ghana, where she oversaw operations, recruitment, and facility management. She has also held leadership roles in student organizations, demonstrating her organizational and management capabilities.
