Academic Biography
Harry Stewart is a lecturer at Teesside University teaching on BSc (Hons) Computer and Digital Forensics and MSc Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation degree programmes. He also module leads several modules across these and other courses.
Previously Harry has spent 5 years as a Digital Forensic Investigator for North Yorkshire Police (NYP) as part of the forces Digital Forensic Unit (DFU). During this time, he worked on a wide variety of cases and investigated all types of digital device specifically taking the lead on mobile devices. He is experienced at giving evidence in crown court and has live crime scene and incident response experience. He also worked as an active trainer in the department training a wide range of new staff. Harry was also involved in the creation and maintenance of procedures as part of the departments ISO/OEC 17025 accreditation.
Harry has a BSc(Hons) in Computer and Digital Forensics from Teesside University.
