Research Projects & External Funding

Huda Dawood is a senior research associate in the school of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies (SCEDT). Her research interests and experience includes data analytics and using Artificial Intelligence Machine learning and deep learning for optimization and predictive control.

She has research experience in mathematical modelling of dynamic processes using adaptive algorithms such as Artificial Intelligence Neural Network systems for learning and well as solving, classification, prediction, and control. She also has experience in adaptive multivariate statistical process control for monitoring dynamic processes.

Currently is working on three projects including H2020 European Projects, inteGRIDy, SMEmPower Efficiency and EPRC Transforming Construction Network Plus. She also lectures in Engineering Mathematics and supervised PhD students.
