Dr Jeevananthan M is a dedicated Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Teesside University International Business School, UK. With over a decade of academic and research experience, he has cultivated expertise in capital market, financial modelling, corporate governance, and emerging market analysis. Dr Jeevananthan completed his Doctorate in Philosophy (Finance) at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India, where his thesis focused on developing efficient models to forecast intraday stock index prices using linear and nonlinear techniques. His teaching repertoire spans diverse modules such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and Alternative Investments, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in education across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programmes.

 

Dr Jeevananthan is an accomplished researcher with numerous peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals. His research delves into critical topics like the co-movements of global stock markets, crude oil price dynamics, and green innovation, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach to financial and economic studies.
