Currently, I work as a Senior Technician (Optometry) at Teesside University. My academic background consists of BSc in Food Technology, MSc in Food Engineering and a PhD in Public Health. My research maily focused on fluoride intake, its bio-accessibility, and impact it has on health. Having worked at Research and Enterprise Office at Teesside University, I am highly experienced in pre and post award processes related to obtaining external funding.
