Joanne Almond

Joanne has worked at Teesside University for 30 years, and progressed through a variety of job roles gaining valuable experience both within the School of Health & Social Care and central departments. During this time, Joanne has continued her own personal development through completion of staff development opportunities including the Leadership and Management Programme and graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Development Programme. Joanne’s previous roles included being responsible for the workload across the areas of Approval and Review, Modularity and Assessments, which has provided her with knowledge necessary to progress to her current role as a Quality Manger within the Student Learning & Academic Registry, Quality Assurance & Validation team. Since joining the Student Learning & Academic Registry in July 2015 she has worked with colleagues both across the University and Partners in relation to processes and procedures aligned with the Quality Framework.
