Principal Lecturer (International) supporting Teeside University Business School’s plans in relation to international students, internationalisation of curriculum, partner institutions and international research.

Teaching a range of subjects including management accounting, financial accounting, business management, and economics.

Course Leader for BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance with responsibility for delivery and coordination of modules, student recruitment, progression, graduate outcomes, and pastoral care.

Jonny ACMA, CGMA, is a Chartered Management Accountant and has previously worked in the NHS hospital and commissioning sectors.

Summary of Research Interests

His research interests include the economics of inequality, the place of SMEs in regional prosperity, and rationality, choice and morality.

Enterprise Interest and Activities

Jonny has delivered masterclasses in finance for external clients including operational and senior level managers.

Independent member of the Audit & Governance Committee of Tees Valley Combined Authority.

Trustee and Board member of Linthorpe Road Resource Centre.
