Academic Biography
Dr Kristofer James Costello is an Academic Lecturer in Human Resource Development, with a special interest in Talent Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, Inclusive Human Development, Sustainable Development and Talent Philosophy. Kris’ personal paradigm is that academia should be grounded in impact, with a focus on optimising and improving the capacity and capability of the individual to enhance outputs and performance, with his research and enterprise activities grounded in this remit. Kris currently oversees delivery of learning at undergraduate, post-graduate, and doctoral levels; through online, on campus and hybrid delivery approaches. Kris is an active member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
