Academic Biography

Throughout my academic career I have taught on a variety of modules in Computer Science and Cybersecurity. The modules range from Level 3 to Level 7.

As a Lecturer at Teesside University I teach on the MSc Cybersecurity on modules focused on the Social and Legal factors of Cybersecurity. I have also been involved in Curriculum Development of BSc and MSc modules. 

As part of an international research team I have been involved as a leading and co-author for various research outputs including interdisciplinary journal articles, chapters and conference papers working with academics both internal and external to Teesside University and bright and motivated MSc students.

My skills and research interests include Cybersecurity, Information Security, Ethical Hacking, Cloud Computing, Fog Computing and Software Defined Networking.
