Since working at Teesside University I have also completed a PGCLTHE, the Nurse Prescribing V100 course and become a registered Nurse Tutor. My strengths include being resilient and flexible with a wide ranging teaching and clinical experience across all fields and I remain committed to providing high quality care for all children.
In order to teach children’s nursing students I have updated clinical skills in assessment of the acutely ill child, enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, manual handling, BLS and recently the level 3 safeguarding course.
