Dr Margaret has over 9 years experience in teaching, with an expertise in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Leadership Development, and research interest in Sustainability in Business, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Strategy, and Organizational Change.

A seasoned educator with a blend of commercial acumen and academic excellence. Possesses outstanding academic qualifications and a wealth of experience in leading and supervising research initiatives.
