Summary of Research Interests

I am currently studying for a PhD at Teesside University (National Horizon Centre, Darlington) researching the roles of mitochondrial proteins in Parkinson's disease, using Drosophila melanogaster as a model system. I'm interested in mitochondria in health and disease, developmental biology and Drosophila genetics.
