Research interests focus on professional role identity.
Teaching portfoliio at Teesside University currently aligned with the FdSc Nursing Associate (NA) programme. Support also given to undergraduate paeditaric programme RN (Child).
Roles within previous HEI's included programme lead for Return to Professional Practice (RtP), Specilaist Neonatal Practioner award, and BSc (Hon's) Practice development.
