Academic Biography
Dr. Muhammad Diyan is an accomplished lecturer, researcher, and IT engineer with over 10 years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. He is currently a Lecturer at Teesside University, UK. He has held prestigious positions at the University of Dundee, University of Glasgow, Edinburgh Napier University, and Kyungpook National University. Dr. Diyan completed his Ph.D. and served as a Graduate Research Associate at Kyungpook National University, South Korea, from 2017 to 2021. His research has been widely published, with over 25 journal papers and peer-reviewed international conference proceedings to his credit. His primary research areas include AI, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Science, Cybersecurity, Networks and Systems , Digital Twin, Computer Vision. Dr. Diyan has served as an invited reviewer for high-impact journals and as a speaker, track chair, and session chair at various international conferences. He has also been a guest editor for special issues and an academic editor for renowned journals. His contributions to the field have been recognized with the Global Talent Visa by the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK, awarded to early career world-leading innovators and scientists.
