Academic Biography
Muhammad Ishfaq Ahmad successfully completed his doctoral studies in China in 2017, earning a PhD. Recognizing his academic excellence, he was honored with the Chinese Government Outstanding International Student Award during his PhD journey. Prior to joining Teesside University, he achieved the Gold Medal for his MPhil at The University of Lahore.
Before his tenure at Teesside University, Muhammad Ishfaq Ahmad held the position of Associate Professor at the University of Lahore. During this time, he took on leadership roles as the head of the Accounting and Finance Cluster and served as the Director for the MBA program. His dedication to research was acknowledged with the Best Researcher Award from the University of Lahore in 2018. Furthermore, his commitment to teaching excellence was highlighted by receiving the Best Teacher Award for both undergraduate and graduate levels in 2022.
