Academic Biography
Paula is passionate about healthcare leadership and service improvement. Her successful approach to educational provision has resulted in her being responsible for bespoke leadership development courses across a number of local and National NHS Trusts. Paula's educational experience includes social as well as healthcare courses and her expertise as a qualified coach and facilitator lies in working with both staff and students to enable professional and personal development.
