Academic Biography

I am currently involved in Teaching and Research activities in the area of Operations and Business Management at Teesside University's Business School. With over 15 years of Global Business and Technology Management experience worldwide, I have collaborated with key industrial partners like JLR, Airbus and VW and worked with key academic partners like Stanford University, Toronto University, Monash Unviersity and several other European and Asian Universities. Having worked over 10 years in scientifc and management roles at the world's renowned and 'largest' application research institution 'Fraunhofer Society' in Germany, I have lead emerging research fields in the area of Business Intelligence and Global Technology Management.

In my previous role at Fraunhofer, I was also the Head of Unit for the Department of International Project and Technology Management, specializing in developing research applications that are commercialised based on frugal innovation principles mainly in the area of Technology Adaptation and Management.
