I am passionate about teaching and learning in adults and apprenticeships are, in my view, an excellent vehicle for this.

I feel fortunate to be able to bring to my current role my extensive  experience, from my time in hospitality, to experience in purchasing, in Further and Higher Education, and in the Oil and Gas industry and in Defence sectors in the UK and in Australia at Director level.

I have conducted extensive research around the changing face of HEIs and more broadly the impacts of Leadership and Followership
