Dr Shaista Noor earned her PhD from Taylor’s University in Malaysia, where she was recognized with the prestigious Taylor’s Excellence Research Award, underscoring her dedication and academic excellence.  Dr. Noor is actively engaged in several international professional networks, where her expertise and mentorship have a global impact. She serves as an International Mentor for both CARA (the Council for At-Risk Academics) and the Commonwealth Women’s Leadership Program under the Association of Commonwealth Universities, guiding and supporting at-risk scholars and aspiring women leaders across the Commonwealth. Additionally, Dr. Noor holds a significant role as the Country Coordinator for Pakistan with the World Association of Sustainable Development (WASD) based in London, United Kingdom. Through this role, she is dedicated to advancing sustainable initiatives and fostering collaborative solutions to global challenges. A prolific researcher and contributor to academic scholarship, Dr. Noor has authored numerous papers in highly regarded journals, with her research widely recognized for its impact. She also serves as a peer reviewer for several esteemed journals, lending her insights to advance the work of fellow researchers. Dr. Noor’s interdisciplinary research encompasses a diverse array of fields, including women’s entrepreneurship, commercialization, leadership, management, aging, the role of higher education institutions (HEIs), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her commitment to these areas reflects her broader mission to create positive, sustainable change through research and professional service.
