Dr. Shaista Noor earned her PhD from Taylor’s University, Malaysia, where she was awarded the prestigious Taylor’s Excellence Research Award in recognition of her outstanding academic and research achievements. An internationally engaged scholar, she serves as an International Mentor for both the Council for At-Risk Academics (CARA), London, and the Commonwealth Women’s Leadership Program of the Association of Commonwealth Universities, where she supports at-risk academics and emerging women leaders across the Commonwealth. She also serves as the Pakistan Country Coordinator for the World Association for Sustainable Development (WASD), London, fostering international collaboration and advancing sustainable development initiatives. Dr. Noor is a prolific researcher, reviewer, and academic leader whose interdisciplinary scholarship focuses on women’s entrepreneurship, leadership, management, aging, higher education, commercialization, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her work has been published in leading international journals and is recognized for its contributions to both academic knowledge and societal impact. In addition to her research, she holds editorial and advisory roles with several international journals and publishers and serves as a member of the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) ESRC Assessor College. Through her research, mentorship, editorial service, and professional leadership, Dr. Noor remains committed to strengthening global research communities and promoting inclusive and sustainable development.
