Dr Sony Mathew joined Teesside University Business School as a lecturer in 2021. His research interests include regional innovation, clustering, collective intelligence and sustainable regional development.
Sony's current research focuses on the role of online simulations in generating explorative value creation.
His future research plan involves examining the significance of collective intelligence in fostering SME’s in a peripheral region. Also to create a local knowledge network that shares tools and best practices for the construction of new productive and sustainable models.
