Personal profile
Academic Biography
I am an administrative professional based in the Student Learning and Academic Registry, assisting with the onboarding and compliance of our professional apprentices. I previously worked for Royal Mail and in the student sport department at the University of East Anglia.
I graduated from the University of East Anglia with BA Literature and History (2:1) in 2019, and I will be graduating from Teesside University with MA English Literature (with Distinction) in Spring 2026. My research interests include literature's representation of social history, and within that the evolution of the campus novel. I completed my MA dissertation on the satirical academic novel and presented a paper at the university's Graduate Conference on Tom Wolfe's novel I Am Charlotte Simmons.
I am also assistant coach for the university's women's football club, having previously held various football coaching and managerial roles at Thornaby Football Club, the University of East Anglia and Thorpe St Andrew Football Club. In November 2025 I completed my UEFA C Coaching Diploma.
