The core of Teesside Future Face Learning Framework emphasises on digital empowerment amongst students as well as wellbeing. The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated digital empowerment. Yet, what about digital overload?
Although digital empowerment is necessary, digital mindfulness is helpful to navigate students away from digital overload and bring more balance and wisdom into their technology relationship. As such the study aims to investigate the role of digital mindfulness on students’ wellbeing and performance within the proposed hybrid model.
