Description
To develop a fully integrated, intelligent production environment for the manufacture of high performance graphite components. The overarching goal is to fully implement a flexible manufacturing suite with intelligent scheduling, resource management, process monitoring and market prediction capability. This capability will provide Mersen with a competitive advantage in the European Market.
