Project Details
Description
The vision of IDRIC is to become a world-leading, high-impact research and innovation center, acting as the national focal point and international gateway for UK industrial decarbonisation research and innovation.
IDRIC cuts across Multidisciplinary Integrated Platforms (MIPS) and Teesside university's involvement is on:
MIP 1: System planning for net-zero industrial clusters
Project 1.1 – An integrated energy system planning tool for net-zero industrial clusters (Lead by Durham University)
MIP 3: Operating net-zero industrial clusters
Project 3.1 – A Smart Decision Modelling (SDM) tool for industrial cluster decarbonisation (Lead by Teesside University)
