Project Details
Description
The project aims to enhance digital inclusion in the Tees Valley by developing and testing solutions to help those most excluded from digital access participate in today’s digital world. It focuses on overcoming three main barriers: providing access to and maintaining digital devices, which is challenging due to high costs, especially for those on lower incomes; improving digital skills, building confidence, and ensuring online safety to boost employability and access to essential services; and ensuring affordable and reliable internet access to support learning and access to services, despite high costs and complex service arrangements.
