A web comic strip creator for educational comics with assessable learning objectives

Abstract

In this paper, we present an application which enables educators to edit comic strips and associate educational goals to each comic strip. Post-comic activities are used to measure the success of the objectives. IEEE LOM metadata are associated to each comic which can be packaged using SCORM.
