N2 - Nonclimacteric fruits are among the most delicate crops, and precooling enhances the proportion of these fruits. Modifications have been made to the homogeneous nonclimacteric fruit refrigerating procedure in order to provide a better simultaneous ventilation mechanism. It has been discovered that the initial temperature of nonclimacteric fruits could be modeled, employing computational equations of temperature, velocity, and transport phenomena that have been scientifically confirmed to assess their effectiveness.
