Abstract
A short chapter offering an accessible overview of relevant research and some practical tools to help people to explore, acknowledge and find language for challenging climate emotions such as anxiety, fear and feelings of helplessness. Includes climate emotions 'flower' diagram. Published in the book Our Place in the Family of Things to accompany the exhibition of the same name at the Dorman Museum, Middlesbrough, Jun-Jul 2025.
