Dataset on EU-funded mobile applications and dashboards for household and community energy management, 2007–2025

This dataset maps EU-funded projects that developed mobile applications, web dashboards, serious-game environments or similar digital interfaces for household and community energy management. It was created to support research on how EU research and innovation funding has shaped digital tools for energy users across FP7, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. The dataset records the funding framework, project name, CORDIS identifier, CORDIS link and a short description of the relevant app, dashboard or engagement tool. The accompanying documentation explains how the dataset was compiled, including the search process, inclusion and exclusion criteria, coding approach, reuse conditions and limitations. The deposited workbook currently contains 30 verified project records. Earlier working drafts considered a larger pool of candidate projects, but this version has been checked and harmonised with the Excel workbook so that the documentation and dataset match
