Abstract

The research aims to critically analyse the role of entrepreneurial universities in creating an innovation ecosystem and creating a sustainable regional and national environment for technology-based new ventures. The research explores the role business incubation centre play in creating sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in resource-constrained and developing economies. The study is based in one of the least developed nations, Uganda, and aims to provide theoretical and practical guidelines for other underdeveloped nations in the world.
