Effect of Endogenous on the Development of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in Southeast Nigeria

This study examined the effect of Endogenous on the Development of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in Southeast Nigeria. The study sought to; Examine the effect of managerial skills and evaluate the effect of Technological on the growth of small and medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria. A descriptive research design
was adopted for the study. Primary data was generated through the
administration of questionnaires and interviews. The data were analysed using ANOVA, and students’ t-tests for the statistical tool.
The result revealed that Managerial skills have a significant positive effect on the growth of small and medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria t (n = 315) = 4248.823, P<0.05; while technology has a significant effect on the growth of small and medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria t (n = 315) = 761.285, P<0.05. we concluded that Managerial skills had a positive effect on the level of output,
also Managerial skills had a positive effect on the level of growth of small and medium-scale enterprises in Nigeria. We recommended that SMEs in South-East, Nigeria should improve their Managerial skills acquisition in order to improve employees’ dedication which will enable growth, while efficiently delivering outstanding results.
