Abstract
Faye Deane, Senior Lecturer at Teesside University on the MSci chiropractic programme and a member of the GCC’s EDI Working Group, reflects on the findings of the GCC’s registrant research on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and explores how incorporating EDI into daily practice can positively impact patient care.
