Abstract

Existing smart city systems are designed mainly for urban management from a governmental perspective, but they fail to cover the wide spectrum of citizens' daily lives. We propose a crowdsourcing-based platform through which multiple players can collaborate to produce more abundant, personalized, and proactive services.
