Abstract

Single channel video (duration 00:37:03), UK, 2024

The fictional documentary film produced by artist Azadeh Fatehrad explores the shared human experiences of migration, homemaking, and integration. This 40-minute film reflects on a series of participatory aesthetic workshops conducted in Sweden, the UK, and Denmark from 2020 to 2023, in partnership with NGOs and facilitators. Generously supported by NordForsk, the film is a collaboration between Azadeh Fatehrad and the Baltic Art Center Visby, and Compass Collective.
