Major skills issues in Tees Valley

The aims of this report were: (1) to get a better understanding of the way that the labour market works in the Tees Valley; (2) to gain a clearer vision of the sub-region's potential to build a more secure, confident, highly skilled and enterprising workforce over the next twenty years; (3) to identify what needs to happen in Tees Valley to improve its prospects; and (4) to make recommendations on who may be best placed to achieve this objective.
