Abstract
[Problem] The present invention aims to provide a nanogel for highly sensitive detection of a target substance by surface-enhanced Raman scattering, a kit containing the nanogel, and a detection method based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering using them.
[Solution] The nanogel of the present invention is a nanogel for detection of a target substance based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), which contains a SERS nanotag inside and has a specific probe for the target substance bound to the surface of the nanogel, and can release the nanotag outside the nanogel in response to a physical or chemical stimulus.
