There is a great deal of the pollutants that is being dumped constantly from various pharmaceutical industries which causes severe damages to the environment and public health because of its containing high organics as well as inorganic loadings and thus demands proper treatment before final disposal to the environment. The purpose of the current work is to investigate the scenario of waste water treatment in the pharmaceutical industries of Bangladesh. For this purpose, a renowned pharmaceutical industry of Bangladesh has been chosen that represents the feature of ETP in Bangladesh.
