    Abstract

    A study was performed to develop a sol-gel process for the preparation of TeO2-TiO2 thin films. The study covered the stabilization of tellurium ethoxide, the preparation of a TeO2-TiO2 thin film by dip coating, and the estimation of the film's refractive index.
