Abstract

We read with interest the recent article from Oelke et al. describing a method to classify detrusor underactivity (DU) in men.1 The authors propose a nomogram where the maximum Watts factor (Wmax)2 is plotted against the bladder outlet obstruction index (BOOI).3 Patients in the higher BOOI, lower Wmax area are classified with DU.
